Return/ Exchange Policy

Items Eligible for Return:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- With all tags and labels intact
- Personalized or customized items
- Items marked as final sale
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 8-10 business days.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
