    Disclaimer

    • Kantha stitching is a loose hand stitch that is not generally knotted at each end, this may result in a few loose ends poking out throughout the quilt. (This is not a fault, it is in the nature and character of the design).
    • Due to its handmade nature, no two hand-block prints/tie dye would ever come out the same and some imperfections only add to the beauty of the hand-printing process.
    • Working with naturally coloured fabrics often results in colours releasing during the first few washes and possibly rubbing (especially Indigo Fabric) against the skin. It should be seen as a characteristic of the fabric rather than a flaw.
    • Although every effort has been made to provide accurate representations of the colour and design of each product, actual colours and designs may differ slightly due to various device screen settings, lighting conditions during installation, camera shot angles, background tones and even colour temperatures, differences in product finishes over time and other factors.
    • Product have been made by hand and may have slight irregularities in shape and size.

    Returns & Shipping Policy

    DOMESTIC ORDERS

    1. Returns and Exchanges both are accepted

    2. Each order is eligible for a return and exchange only once

    3. Return Request to be made within 15 days of delivery

    4. Product should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the price tags, labels, packing, and barcodes, invoice copy defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return.

    INTERNATIONAL
    ORDERS

    1. If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at care@dmaasa.com along with a photo/video of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 6 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a mutual resolution.

    2. All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.

    3. All International orders are eligible for Exchange, Return or Refund

    4. You are responsible for shipping the product back and covering associated shipping and customs charges. Reverse pick-ups are not provided. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    Customized orders are ineligible for returns.

    Customers must bear the return shipping risk and provide tracking details for any required alterations.

     

    Refunds:

    1. Money refunds are not provided for products
    delivered in perfect condition.

    2.No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.

    3. Misprints and color differences from website images are not considered damaged products.

    Refund
    Timeline:

    1. Returns take approximately 7 to 14 working days to reach the company.

    2. Refunds are processed only after receiving the returned item.

    3. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

    4. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided to the customer's bank account.
